Build your own MP3 player kit

Solder and construct your own MP3 player for your home audio system with the Velleman K8095: MP3 Player Kit. This DIY kit is great for any application where you need to play MP3 files. Customize your sound mode, play mode, output and more. Songs are stored and played via SD Card (not included). The SD card can be mounted either horizontally or vertically depending on your preference.

You can operate the Velleman K8095 through remote control or with the on board push buttons. The kit is supplied with an IR receiver, but you can add an RF receiver Like the Velleman RX433N: 433MHz RF Receiver Module. To use the remote control feature you will need to use a compatible Velleman remote such as the Velleman K8049: 15-Channel IR Transmitter for IR or the Velleman K8058: 8-Channel RF Remote Control for RF.
