At VellemanStore, we have tried to make your buying experience as enjoyable as possible.  The ordering procedure with VellemanStore is set up to be user-friendly and easy to navigate.
If you experience difficulties entering your order, please contact us so that we can help rectify the problem. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method as you complete your order. After your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email from VellemanStore. You will also receive an email with the tracking information for your order once it ships.

Payment & pricing

All advertised product pricing is without shipping cost and sales tax. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and added to your order based on the shipping selection you choose prior to checkout. Any applicable sales tax will be included (where applicable) when checking out.

Shipping & delivery

VellemanStore strives to ship your order out the same business day it is received (Monday through Friday). We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. The actual ship date will depend on stock levels and the time and day your order was received. Once your order has been entered into our system, you will receive a notification email with the progress of your order. VellemanStore ships out all over North- and Central-America and all goods are shipped from Texas. At checkout you will be asked for your preferred shipping method. Delivery time and cost will depend on your shipping request. All shipping charges are based on weight of the shipment and destination. Expedited shipping rates are calculated by weight and or “dimensional” weight.  Some residential and/or rural areas require a surcharge from UPS. For international orders: taxes, tariff duties and/or brokerage fees may be require by UPS upon delivery. VellemanStore is not responsible for these additional fees.

Free shipping on orders over $75 only valid for the Contiguous United States.

Returns and refunds

If you received a product that is not what you expected, you may return it to us, within 10 business days, at your expense. All goods returned to VellemanStore must be complete, in the original packaging, with all accessories/manuals/software etc. and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund. If your product is defective, please contact us by email or phone with a description of the defect. If we determine the item needs to be returned for repair or replacement, we will provide complete return instructions at that time. PLEASE NOTE: returns without an RMA # clearly marked on the exterior of the return shipping carton may be refused at our dock.
